The Three Best Workouts

There are so many exercise regimens and workouts available these days that it is hard to figure out what is best. Here I will outline three of the best workouts, targeting the most muscles possible for maximum results.

The bench press is easily one of the best exercises to do. It works out the entire upper body at once. Find the maximum weight you can lift without causing pain. In a set of 10 reps, the last four should be rather difficult with the last rep being extremely hard but doable. A few sets of these three days a week will really go a long way in building and defining your upper body.

For working out abs and legs, bicycling is probably your best bet. By setting the bike to a high resistance or an incline, you get a complete lower body workout. It should be noted that this can be achieved on a stationary bike or by going for a strenuous outdoor ride on a normal bicycle. Three days a week of strenuous biking is sufficient to build strong, defined abdominal and leg muscles.

The third best exercise is cardiovascular exercise. This is necessary in conjunction with the exercises mentioned above because it is the best way to burn fat. It will also increase your endurance, allowing you to do other exercises faster and longer. Building muscle is good, but you must also burn off the fat that covers it in order to achieve a noticeably more defined body.

These three exercises, in conjunction with proper diet and rest can shape up your body quickly and noticeably. Push your body hard, but always allow it time to heal between workouts. These tips are a sure-fire way to a healthy, strong body from head to toe.
